1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to order@arabianmist.ae with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions
  • Gift cards or sample sets

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the address provided by our support team after your return request is approved.
